I haven't watched the anime so maybe they explain it there, but why isn't there an Ash-Pikachu? Wouldn't their bond be stronger than the bond between Ash and Greninja?

Because the bond between ash and a pokemon isn't the important thing. Greninja simply has a very very very rare latent power. A bond is only needed to activate it. Pikachu don't have this latent power. Explained by Sycamore in the anime.

Because deep down they are sick of each other but don't know who to turn to. Qhy every mon want to leave Ash for some random reasons? Because they realised he is a shitty trainer and they are better off by themselves. Pikachu is too weak to survive in the wild so he must stick with Ash for survival.

Maybe that's just the normal Greninja. I wish they'd done more with Synchro. Imagine if they'd started doing it earlier and you got ninja-synchro venusaur or Lysandre synchro Pyroar. I don't even watch the anime and I know it would rule.
