And to answer your question i use a wacom tablet i forget which model but it the one soley for drawing no special tricks its pretty small too and came in blue packaging

Not really, no. Not at all.
If that's your evo for Popplio, it just does not work. It looks nothing like Popplio, hell, it barely looks like a Pokemon. It looks more like a SMT monster, and this is the first thing I thought of when I saw your drawings last week
