I believe these are the final forms of our starters, but seeing Dartrix having a brown hood, I think there might be small color changes to the final forms. I mean, I just find it weird for the evo stage to be mostly light brown > large party is dark brown > mostly light brown.
The designs are final, but there might be micro changes made, such as Ash's hat, Owlet's final evo color scheme, etc.
