Who else is /boxing/ and using based Vic Viper bug as a starter ? First time I'll be boxing my starter.

I boxed my starter for the first time on my current Black 2 run and I've got to say, it's pretty fun. Crobat has effectively replaced my starter. I'll probably use Rowlet on my first playthrough, then box it on the second one. I'm really hoping these games have a good selection of mons

Exactly the same, OP. I plan on Rockruff being my "replacement", even though I'll be getting a Grubbin first.
In fact, I'll be using 2 Rockruff's for both Lycanroc's sun and moon forms.

Don't need the starters, rest of my team is already based.
