Even if Torracat evolves into a fire/fighting "wrestler", for the Japanese people it's a complete different concept from the other fire/fighting starters.
Blaziken obtains the fighting second type because it's based on a fighting rooster.
Infernape is part fighting type because is modeled on Son Goku, a mythological hero and a free style fighter (every other character modeled on him is a strong fighter anyway, think about Goku from Dragon Ball or Luffy from One Piece).
Emboar part fighting comes from it's theme, as i said before.
Luchalitten possible part fighting and design it's a very different concept since it comes from the idea of Tiger Mask.
The dark second typing it's also possible since the concept art has it spitting something green from the mouth. Connected to Japanese wrestling, this move is often called "green mist" and it's used by heel wrestlers. The dark type is basically called "evil type" in the Japan therefore a heel wrestler can end up under the dark typing more than the fighting one (that in the original games represented the heroes rather then pure fighters).
