>>28939609It was ones of the earliest leaks and looks so much like wottergate. It's gotten ridiculous amount of attention and everybody really liked Ballio until Luchalitten with Mallow came around and those who didn't jumped Ballio bandwagon started hating it.
The concept of being simple and sleek and not overdesigned unlike the current confirmed evos is a plus. And remember that a huge chunk of pokemon player base are actually grown-ups and it wouldn't be surprising if GameFreak actually puts Ballio in game without being vocal about it cuz it might turn off kids buying it (even though its a pretty bad move). We would want some form of confirmation though.
