A leak that said UBs would be catchable in the postgame also said Ash-Greninja would be a demo gift, and the latter turned out to be true. It could've just been a good guess, but who knows.

Isn't this chart already considered reliable?

The entire point of Pokemon as an RPG is that every enemy type you meet can be added to your party.

They could restrict it in some ways but that is the one constant of the series, and must remain in principle. UBs are no exception.

It's pretty clear the leaks are real given Mallow and the hints from the middle stages, i.e. Torracat's physique, Brionne's girliness/idol shit, etc.

I find it interesting how Type: Null is always at the end, right before the legendaries. Is it actually a legendary too? It has one ability, a unique backstory, an Arceus ring on its neck, and apparently its "true power" will be revealed in Corocoro soon.

It's not like discontinuing riddles means much this late into the game. We're getting into on Type: Null on the 10th with leaked Corocoro scans, and then just over a week later we'll know the entire dex thanks to demo datamining.

Maybe it's because I'm a Sanrio fan and there are lots of cutemons here but I like 80% of these (all of the starters esp) and the ones I'm not crazy over I don't hate.

Gen 3 is the only other generation where I felt this way.

Not sure how I'd describe my taste. I like edgemons like Vikavolt but not when they go overly edge like Lycanroc midnight, if they have a neat concept but aren't overly cute or overdesigned like Alolan Raichu, and then there's Alolan Ninetales and Lycanroc Midday which sorta just resonate with me.
