In a true liberated post gender world pink would only be pink, dresses would only be dresses and "pop idol" would be an asexual idea. Not to mention dancing, singing and all those activities.
By inciting people to discuss if those atributtes should or not be female you become one of the persons saying they are, even if it's followed by an argumentation on why they are not and whatever. So you are at least part of the problem, especially because it's all done for the sake of arguing, to keep 'em likes and clicks incoming, and not in a way that leads people to take some sort of action.
