Samurott's nose is not consistent you blind fuck, it goes from round to triangular, as Torracat's goes from triangular to round.
The sclera remains yellow.

Claws keep getting bigger, and if you have ever seen a tiger you would know that their paws are huge compared to their wrists.
Torracat has to stand in its hindlegs to have a clear shot with its flame sac, but its evo has it better positioned and for greater effectiveness.
