/vp/ is always at least half interesting, with at least one valid discussion going on and something vaguely amusing to boot, with people who actually understand concepts such as fun (except for the mod team). Trying to go through reddit's Pokémon hub is like trying to walk through chest-deep, freezing mud wearing only a chimpanzee which is simultaneously screaming in your ear and whacking you in the head with a wiffle bat, as all you can see before you is a seemingly infinite torrent of fanart and posts that say "My wife made this; she's a keeper! Hyuk hyuk" or something equivalent.
tl;dr thank you, /vp/ for not being /r/pokemon, but at the same time fuck you for being you.
