It's looks like a generic anime as fuck. No, not like Avatar, Ben 10 or even Wakfu that has a little something that make them look unique. It's looks like a product of japanese animation
Concept art has japanese all over it, which mean that those were made for animator that speak japanese. Why would they not translate the thing for the other, english speaker animator that works here too ?
Oh, also : Pokemon is a fucking japanese franchise, of course any animation work for it would be coming from Japan, why would they hire an animation studio to do it in america while they can make it in Japan for even cheaper ?
