To answer OP question, no, not really. See, that's the flaw about megas. No matter how much they make a shitmon better, they will still be outclassed by actually good Pokemon that also got a mega.
Go play a lower tier or something where M-Aggron is not outclassed because believe it or not that's what Smogon tiers are for, to let you use your shitmon bromon on a enviroment where it won't get outclassed by everyone and their mom which means he'll get some degree of use.
