You should really only be in a giveaway if you want something rare. More rare than egg move rejects etc etc.

With that said, get to giveaway early and dont give away too much about your friend code or info etc etc.

Why would gamefreak add a block function? As far as the game is concerned he is using the GTS properly.

Cloning is something gamefreak doesn't approve of, why would they make any block system apply to the GTS?
