>>28994542TL;DR mode: ask someone for either a Porygon2 or a Porygon holding Up-Grade for having Porygon2, then slap on it an Eviolite, after that make sure it learns Ice Beam/Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave/Toxic, and Recover. If you want to run both Toxic and Thunder Wave then replace Thunder Wave with Discharge (30% of inflict Paralysis)
Mine has Analytic as Ability, it is a free Life Orb that only works on faster opponents (Porygon2 has 60 Speed so this Ability is pretty useful on it and doesn't require prediction like Download)
