This was about 9 years ago. I was doing the Kyogre/Groudon sidequest in Emerald. I captured Kyogre no problem and went on to go get Groudon. The only pokemon I had that could survive his attacks were my lv 100 Swampert and Rayquaza. I had to keep resetting because I'd either KO it or run out of pokeballs. On one of my resets, it slides on stage as yellow and my jaw drops. I had no idea what shinies were at the time. I managed to snag it an prayed it would still be yellow next time I played.
