Nutshack was created as a "reboot" of the Flintstones joke: during a retarded ass reboot ARG there were no Flintstones remixes and instead used Simpsons and Family Guy themes. After the reboot, the theme for Nutshack was as a further corruption. Since the theme song was so fucking bad and nobody cares about the original and it was so forced by the already successful channel, it became a meme itself.
