Move wise; Calm mind, Aromatherapy/Heal bell, Scald, Ice beam, Wish/Moonlight, Moonblast, Haze, Perish Song. Most good or nice niches to have without being really 'out there' in terms of would it get this.
Shit it could work that with torrent. Let alone serene grace or pixilate, or whatever new ability it'll more likely get.

We're gonna take some stats off of other starters as a basis so we don't go overboard right.
HP: 84 (Same as Empoleon)
Atk: 123 (same as Emboar)
Def: 71 (Same as Greninjas Special Defence)
Spa: 69 (Same as Delphoxes attack)
Spd: 67 9same as Greninjas defence)
Spe: 120 (same as Sceptile)
Total: 534 Standard shit.
Give it say, Reckless, or Tough Claws and you have yourself Staraptor but better. Couple that with literally any decent Ground or Fighting move and it's a decent OU threat.
Shame there's no real ground or fighting moves that fit it and are good.
