Why the fuck does a SEVENTY-FIVE PERCENT decrease in speed come with a twenty-five percent chance to not be able to move? The speed drop is enough, there's no reason that a Ferrothorn going for Thunder Wave on my Reuniclus should be rewarded. This status condition is fucking ridiculous.
Yeah, Burn is annoying, but it can be mitigated. There's nothing you can do about paralysis. Even worse is that this move has one hundred percent accuracy and nearly every Pokémon has access to it.
