Anyway, mine is probably Slowbro, especially Mega Slowbro. It's the real king of defense, pun intended. I like the way it plays like a switch, since you can stay in Regenerator mode until you're ready to stand up to a big attacker.
You can put things like Fire Blast to hit Ferrothorn and Thunder Wave to cripple the Latis that like to come in on it, and it has the deadly Calm Mind option.
