It's way too early to tell, it completely depends on whether it's actually supposed to be a defensive mon (in which case it will be shit) or if GF are just showcasing Counter for the "loves a tough fight" characterization and it will actually have decent offensive stats.
Likewise sundoggo could be such garbage it can't even be saved by a priority stab.
