It benefits from technician, the speed drop/damage can make a good KO conversion, and if the opponent gets cocky it can check a Talonflame...but that is quite risky. You gotta play commit hard to that prediction.
Now Scizzor...I'm just going to assume you forgot to click Technician. Also, banded defog is...situational. Not necessarily bad, but you better be damned sure your opponent CANNOT take advantage of you being locked into a non-offensive move.
>Iron Head HeatranBeyond situaional. Will in fact 2HKO a clefable...IF...BIG IF...you swap out for a Sassy nature as to not lower your attack....AND the clefable has 0 EV's in defense. Lets be real for a second. MOST clefables run defense investment. In that case, iron head FAILS to 2HKO every time, and Flash Cannon actually does more damage.
Clefable seems standard, but good.
The change from Acrobatics to Stone Edge is good, especially as check to Talonflame...at least 80% of the time...
Weavile is a tricky one. That's not a bad set, but it is quite risky. You are prone to just getting one-shot by a lot of prioriy users and choice scarfers. Other options would be focus sash, ice shard, icicle crash, and poison jab for Azumarill if you can catch it off guard, but if Azu is set up, aqua jet kills you anyways.
