I want it to be sold all subtlely. You team up with one in a tutorial forest who heals your pokemon each fight and you work along side them but they are just using Skull as a bunch of distractionary thugs while they plot ultracide of an alien race or something. A final battle with Lusamine with a latin chorus chanting away and all.
But fuck nintendo, especially these days, couldn't pull that shit if their life depended upon it.
