earth power is pretty worthless with fire/water stab coverage at >100 bp, i dont think it ends up hitting anything stronger than the two aside from like lanturn or tentacruel
sludge wave only covers azumarill
hp grass only covers gastrodon
ideally i think youd probably want to run toxic to get rid of waters/walls and then hp ice or stone edge to deal with dragonite/dragons in general
also you could definitely run superpower to nuke ttar who will fuck you up otherwise, which as a bonus puts a decent dent in chansey as well
and you CAN run sludge wave if youre that afraid of azumarill but you wall it pretty well regardless, it flat dies from two steam eruptions if it tries to drum and cant really do much else
as far as evs go probably at least 96 spe with probably a rash nature? youd probably have to run calcs to optimize it
