>>29048199That's very good. Going out in the sun is amazing. I couldn't even do that when I was heavily depressed though...
When I started, I was very skinny, was almost becoming a hunchback from bad posture, and couldn't even do two push-ups. That coupled with depression just made me feel miserable.
So I started with wall push-ups, squats, crunches and curls with 1 liter coke bottles filled with water. I started increasing weight as I went and as I could take it - going from wall push-ups to knee push-ups, and then full push-ups.
In a mere four months, I could do several push-ups, I was lifting 20 pounds for ever 10 rep set, I got 10kg in muscle, and my hunchback completely disappeared. I just felt a lot better. I started eating better from them on, focusing on nutrition.
Today I feel a lot better about myself. I still feel social anxiety, I still fear people judging me for everything. But I'm getting things done, I have a drive to chase my dreams. And that's just great. But, as
