Primal Dialga
Dragon/Steel
Must hold Adamant Orb

HP: 100 >>> 100
Atk: 120 (+20) >>> 140

Ability: Time Travel
All moves used by Dialga will execute in one turn. Moves like fly and solar beam won't have the startup turn, roar of time would not have a recharge turn, and perish song will fully execute in one turn, effectively KOing every pokemon on the field at the end of the turn in was used on. Dialga would need an expanded movepool to abuse this ability.

New move: Time Reversal
Dragon type, 5 PP, Status
Priority -6. Restores the entire match to how it was at the start of the previous turn. Can only be used once per battle, and will fail if used on the first turn of the battle. The negative priority is there to give a risk to using it, as Dialga might get KO'd before it can fire it off.

Ability: Omnipresence
Palkia will be unaffected by trapping effects and Pursuit. Furthermore, any switches involving Palkia will happen "instantly". When switching it in or out, the switch will effectively not count as the players action this turn, letting Palkia or the pokemon that replaced it be able to use a move on the same turn as the switch.

New move: Gravity Crush
Dragon type, 5 PP, Special, BP 180
Palkia massively increase the weight of the target for a few instants. Lowers Palkia's special attack by 3 stages. Does double damage against Flying types, pokemon with Levitate, under the effect of magnet rise, or holding an air balloon.
