Actually intergrate its x-ray theme somewhere into its learnset or abilities. Doesn't even have Frisk ('Unobstructed Sight').

Luxray is one of those pokemon that had everything going for it and should've been amazing both design and competitive wise, it's an electric lion ffs. And yet it just kinda exists and nothing else, it's a bit sad.
