You must really have reversed luck then. I've had times where Focus Blast missed more than 3 times in a row. It really shouldn't be called Focus Blast. I have to use Prankster Meowstic to insure that nothing ever misses, even if my opponents take advantage of it too.

I rarely use anything below 85% accuracy for this reason. I have really bad luck with those, especially when I'm losing. (go fucking figure)
