The two most likely translation given that context is: "Rockruff shares a secret with the starters". However, it's also equally valid to translate it as "Rockruff isn't the only one with a secret. What secrets do the starters hold?"
It's not a mistranslation. It's just a translation missing a lot of the needed sublties in a language, because words are hard.
