>>29081598It'll all really depend on the meta of the tiers its evolutions end up in. Soundproof is good for specific situations, like Hyper Voice and Boomburst. If its second stage is bulky enough, it could even run Eviolite and be immune to Roar if it has setup moves.
Bulletproof however gives you a significant number of switch ins to specific moves, with things like Energy Ball, Focus Blast, Bullet Seed, Seed Bomb, Gyro Ball, Shadow Ball, and Sludge Bomb being the most notable. Bulletproof is arguably more useful in most situations.
I'm still sad over no Dragon/Steel tho. An offensive Dragon/Steel with Sounproof and Bulletproof would be such a strong addition to the OU meta right now
