Chrizard isnt worth too much either $10-30 bucks at most
Charmeleon is shadowless, but unless it is mint it isnt even worth tree fiddy
You have a shadowless mewtwo though, you could potentially get yourself $50-80 bucks
Im assuming the scratches are on the plastic card sleeve so take it out and show us. If its mint condition you can get a solid $100 at least, my advice is go on ebay, go to advanced search options, click the "sold" button or something like that. And search your cards in their proper description of condition. It will tell you how much a certain card sold. Of theyre all mint, you could get alot of money if you get them graded but at that point you might not break even if they werent flawless, or got low grades
