I completed it a few times with other people at first, and then when it was my turn to take the quest everyone except me magically died in the first 5 minutes and then they were like "oops haha I'm gonna leave the room now" fuck you guys.
pretty sure I got a wartorn dragonsphire before I even got the urgent completed.
eventually I was doing unrelated quests and the people offered to help with gog though.
