So, can it be viable in the games?


it got no protean but it can use items like life orb. it will need 120 Attack and 140 special attack with life orb to be stronger than protean Greninja without life orb with his non-stab attacks. it's going to be far more faster, probably around the 150 speed.

And it doesn't require anything else beside the ability.

i can see it having stats like this -
HP: 72
Attack: 120 (+25)
Defense: 72(+5)
Sp. Atk: 140 (+37)
Sp. Def: 76(+5)
Speed: 150 (+28)


So, honestly? i think it's going to be a viable side-grade. Protean Greninja pack a better punch with his non-stab attacks with life orb, but Ash-Greninja will deal far more damage with it's stab attacks and honestly isn't that far away with his non-stab attacks. (around 5%-7% difference)
