Still would be likely outsped by Flare Blitz. Might make for an occasional check on low ladder, but definitely would get destroyed by Talonflame unless Tsareena is really fast and has a rock attack.

So now that we established this shit is not getting any point for evolving into a humanoid feminine pokémon, It shares almost the entire body shape with liligant, including even a crown and fleshy hair. Abilities are irrelevant because we're talking design here. And no she's not original if she is fast and with high Attack. That has no say on how it looks

Bounsweet could have evolved into something way cooler, making use of the Mangosteen theme to make something cool

What matters the most of this ability is that if the Pokemon that has it is good enough (it won't be, anyway), there's no more getting swept by a locked Talonflame, locked into Extremespeed Dragonite, Bisharp, Belly Drum Azumarill.

To be fair, there are Talonflames that don't run Flare Blitz. Mostly bulky sets with Will-o-Wisp, Brave Bird, Roost and a set up move. That said, I agree that it doesn't change much in singles. In doubles, it's different.
