Water/Normal

During times of war, Electrode were conventionally used as defensive mines. While shipping a large population of then to Kanto, an Alolan merchant ship was capsized and the shipment of Electrode were lost to the sea. Being aritifical, the Electrode were able to survive underwater, and eventually changed to suit the pressure and environment of the sea. They are now used as naval mines by some armies.

Ability is Aftermath. Can use Shell Trap. Normal typing is for Explosion STAB.

Being fed up with the Oranguru in the forests they inhabit keeping them in check, they started developing more sleazy and underhanded ways of getting over on the Oranguru. These dirty tactics eventually became ingrained into them and caused them to develop a Dark type. Their bodies are now lanky and slightly darker in color. They have developed small visible mouths with fangs, as well as sharp claws on their hands and feet. Mankey's tail now grows proportionately upon evolution as opposed to disappearing.

Malicious spirits of the islands are usually sealed to certain Keystones by the monks and Island deity Pokemon. Although few and far between, some Keystones haven't been properly crafted. The spirit's collective hate eventually cause a Forme Change in the Spiritomb, so it is able to break the rock it is bound to. It searches for those who have wronged/sealed them in the past to cause mayhem, usually only to be sealed again after a destructive spree. Trainer's who train Spiritomb can be at risk if something provokes the Forbidden Pokemon.

Not sure if it does too well for Alola Forms, but I liked the idea of a more power based Spiritomb. Lowers defenses A HUGE amount and increases attack, special attack, and speed by the missing total.

Sinnoh Venusaur came into existence when it was discovered that some Venusaur could draw substances from deep within the ground. A group of them were bred in order to strengthen this ability so it can safely draw up oil and various underground gases. In doing this, their skin became hardened and the flower on their backs took up a volcano-esque shape.

This Venusaur defends itself by drawing liquids and gases from the ground using its vines and shooting it through its flower. The substance it carries has many uses, but is otherwise extremely toxic.

Reasoning: Onix burrows underground, making tunnels and shit. On Alola, it would have to be okay with suddenly digging into lava, or open ocean.
Stats: Onix averages out its Attack and Special attack stats, and shifts about 30 points of Defence to Special defence. Steelix continues this trend.
Moves: Learns and introduces a new move, Melt. Melt is basically a fire-type Freeze-Dry against Rock Types instead. Alola Onix, Heatran, Magcargo, and other gooey fire types get it.
Otherwise swaps out most of its Rock moveset for fire moves. Might still get Rock Slide, because Rock slide goes on a lot of big pokemon.

Unaccustomed to the colder waters of Sinnoh, Remoraid steadily moved inland, becoming more accustomed to muddier waters. Upon evolution, Sinnoh Octillery become fully terrestrial, making their home in the wet, overgrown swamps around the Great Marsh. Adept at digging muddy burrows and having grown grassy camouflage on their heads, they pop out of bushes and swampland to hunt prey by firing stones, seeds, mud balls and wadded up plant matter, their mouths having grown into immensely powerful cannons at the cost of accuracy.

Based on the myth of the Hippocampus
Adapted to better suit the watery region of Alola, where it lacked fields to run

Fiery mane turns into that of flowing seaweed, or perhaps fins start from its horn and flow down its spine. Body takes on a bit of a pale blue rather than cream, deepening and getting scaly and lustrous further down the spine. Back legs morph into a long, frilled, almost serpent-like fishtail. Small fins sprout behind its front hooves. Fins are all either a deep blue or a lustrous sea green, or perhaps a mix of both.

Ability: Swift Swim / Dazzling
Moves: Surf, Dazzling Gleam, Bubblebeam, Aqua Ring

Abilities- Flower Gift, Flame Body, Leaf Guard, Dancer, Own Tempo
Moves- Sunny Day, Petal Dance, Fiery Dance (maybe), Synthesis, and Quiver Dance by breeding.
You could also have a Grass/Water Rain dance variant, but we already have Ludicolo
It is a Hula dancer. Why not have an Alolan form?

I think our main export is corn.

so a corn-fed ratatta would be red (go OSU!) and raticate would be brown, red, black and silver in places

it would evolve faster, be fluffier and know dig from birth

After some months the communication with the team was cut off. When giratina calmed down (after the accident with team galactic) a rescue team was send to search for the explorers, but the only thing they found were their devices, now inhibited by a distorted, giratina-like version of rotom.

Looks kinda like normal rotom, with a darker, black and blue focused color scheme. The electric "hands" now look like giratinas origin forms wings.

I'd prefer if Porygon-Znite was a patch released by Sylph Co to build upon the unofficial dubious disk and temporarily perfect it. Before it goes apeshit after battle again due to its bad programming.

These terrible creatures roamed the lands millions of years ago but only relatively recently come back from extinction thanks to science. Compared to their modern counterparts they were unable to fly with their much heavier bodies and smaller wings, instead favoring tearing apart prey with strong legs and powerful cutting beaks.

Looks like a buff version of dusknoir. The "face" on its belly are tribal tattoo like marking. The split in the torso is still there but no longer functions like a mouth. Its arms and hands are covered in mummy wrappings like how a fighter might wrap his or her hands. This also brings the design a bit closer to Dusclops. The "headdress" that regular Dusknoir wore is more in line with a hawaiin warrior helm while retaining the cylops eye it has going on. Pic semi related.
