Asians do earn a higher median income in the United States, but that has more to do with population differences. For example, Indians are also very high earners, and that is because the ones who immigrate are mostly the cream of the crop of their respective population.
Though remember that white civilization pretty much conquered the world, possible due to the greater amount of creativity and focus on individual identity than in Asian populations; Asian civilization was incapable of conquering the world.
But let's return to the topic at hand. Blacks are incapable of creating and maintaining large civilizations. It doesn't matter whether Asians have the highest IQ or not.
