Colored in means we've seen them in gameplay trailers, in battle or other media. Faded means they've been seen in designs but not actually seen in gameplay. Example: Slaking is faded because we've seen the Slaking hotel but we haven't seen Slaking in game yet. Horsea has been seen in designs of that one building from the initial reveal trailer but not in game yet. The list is there to eliminate candidates for getting an Alola form. Anything not seen (colored or faded) could possibly get an Alola form
