Picture this

2 Alolan Marowak breed, egg hatches, Standard Cubone.

I can see this happening with Exeggcute and Pikachu.
Exeggcute is just seeds, so the change is noticed one it evolves
Pikachu evolving into Alolan Raichu has something to do with what it eats

But Cubone....
Marowak adapted because of predators, so if cubone still being pure ground is a problem.
Why would evolution give a step back when breeding?

I'm not saying we are going to get Alolan Cubone
I'm Just saying it doesn't make sense to not get it.
