You realize the RGB chapter characters have aged to early adulthood by the time your image happened, right?
Even if he's aged more than he should be, Lance was drawn as pretty damn young in Yellow and GSC. His sprite looked really young, too, despite the concept art being older. It's like one inconsistency. Shit happens, deal with it.
