Yes. I've done a Nuzlocke with no healing items or Pokemon Center usage.

HP shouldn't be an issue since Pokémon is piss easy. The difficult part of not using Pokémon Centers is you have no way of restoring PP outside of rare items like Ether.

I did a run of Emerald without using any Pokemon centers once. Only potions and revives.

It was a fun challenge and it's definitely doable. Having to actually be careful about how to spend your money was pretty interesting in a Pokemon game.
