you datamine games by first deleting system 32,this file is used to block out any method of transferring hidden data inside an application,so do that first,then connect your 3ds using a vga cable,then u can access the initial cortex.You should be to able to clearly read files names like names of pokemon,their type,stats,etc...

Not SciresM but assuming the demo has a lot of data I guess they will do daily dumps like with the ORAS demo. I think they published the whole datamine over three days or so then.

It CAN be a technical process, because there are a ton of files that will likely be obfuscated with misleading or just generic filenames, that's why it's called mining.

You will be sifting through so much UI and system asset shit it's unreal. The process is just saving the game to an SD card, putting it on your computer, and decompressing it.
