I have good ears, I can tell when a dub is shit, and Generations falls in that category. They made fucking Richard Epcar sound bad: how the hell do you even do that? And Sandy Fox's voice is WAY too high pitched for Courtney.

TPCi dubs are very bad in general, Anon, and poorly acted & scripted. They've even fucked the Japanese OST in the Anime to the degree that 4Kids kept more of it, what else do you need to know?

Same, I know the VAs are good elsewhere, but this Generations dub is honestly badly acted & awkwardly written in terms of its dialogue, though this is the norm for all TPCi dubs in general outside of Origins so far. It's amazing that as a whole, 4Kids had more natural acting & less cringe-worthy dialogue for Pokemon than TPCi has had, when 4Kids was known for that elsewhere.

Sandy Fox was all kinds of wrong for Courtney, Ellyn Stern was horrid as Agatha, and even Richard Epcar stunk as Giovanni. Richard. Freaking. Epcar. wasn't good, which tells you how half-assed the Generations dub's direction was.

The voice acting in the TPCi dub is terrible (e.g. chain smoker Ash, old man with cold James, valley girl Jessie, smoker Meowth, woman Serena, man Clemont, and nasally screechy Bonnie), and so is the script writing, as are the intros: the fucked up elevator and UFO dub music score just makes all that worse.

The Pokemon dub has never been good for the last decade, Anon, face reality here. It's only that XY/XYZ is the pinnacle of suck for its entire run due to them also fucking with the BGM to the point where only 1-3 pieces are being kept these days.

And this is one example of a bad voice acting, Anon, the music is far from the only problem with the crappy TPCi dub. It's a major one, but the script, intros, and acting are also shit.
