Alolan Sandslash actually looks better than Alolan Ninetails design-wise, as a variant of the original design it is better.

However, Ninetails itself is a better design than Sandslash.

They're both okay, I prefer Sandslash, but it's kinda hard to use an ice/steel type with sand in its name.
