I can barely explain it, but I feel like as long as it's still clearly the character is just fine, even if, say, the character was originally flat chested but was given F cups. In fact, I prefer certain characters to have certain off model qualities, such as a barely humanoid character being given a more human-like anatomy. (Pic related, but I'm not sure if this particular Meloetta is very off model)
