Is this guy any good in Battle Spot? It has low stats and an inexistant Ability.

I'm tired of waiting for a Mega it will never get.

You either karenfag with Choice Scarf+Outrage or use it as an entry hazard remover. That's about it.

I hope gamefreak does something to help him this gen. They acknolewdged he existed in gen6 by giving him Boomburst, and it seems he is going to be in the alolan dex. Fingers crossed for a boostin move of some sort

Very few Groudons in battle spot carry dragon tail. If we're talking free battles, anyways.

Only problem is basically the only thing Flygon is really good for is killing Groudon P, which is funny for when you run into legend kids, but he's kind of a burden outside of that scenario.
