Some Pokemon are more receptive to sexual stimulation then others. Some Marts carry certain aphrodisiacs that respond well to pheromones. Think of it as the opposite to reppellant. (Not reccomneded for outdoor use.)
Be considerate of your Pokemons anatomy. Smaller Pokemon such as Treecko, Pikachu, or even Pidgey are to be prepared in advance. Lubricant, foreplay and the like are highly advised, whether homo or heterosexual.
Protective gear is also reccomended for the more diverse and larger Pokemon. For example, a Flygons cloaca is naturally coarse in both males and females. Lubricants tend to irritate them, so a non lubricated condom is advised.
For some Pokemon who mate in different environments, consider a parachute (charizard, salamence, etc) or scuba equipment (garchomp, swampert, etc)
