How can I make this thing playable /vp/? He's so slow setting up, but Dragonite's always been my favorite, plus getting 3 prize cards for one ex knockdown sounds pretty cool. I have him paired with Milotic, but he's just not consistent enough. What would you recommend? Any cards I'm overlooking?

Also, what's your favorite pokemon that got a shitty card?
