T-Wave is the problem. If they really want to nerf Paralysis they need to nerf the accuracy of the only move in the game aside from Nuzzle that causes it 100% of the time and has been around since Gen 1 and has TM status - giving it insane distribution. Or they could do a better job of nerfing the Status effect, cause 1/2 speed is still too much in combination with "hurr your turn gets skipped 3 time in a row! Having fun yet?"
