if Ultra beasts are catchable we will have 20 LEgendaries this gen, making up almost 1/3 of all new pokemon.

What is pokemon thinking?

but they arent technically legendaries
they are ultra beasts
whole new ball game

even so they are specialty pokemon who play an important part in the story and most likely only one is available per game that sounds like a legendary to me

I'm thinking if the UBs are catchable then their stats would be more like Pseudos than full-blown legendaries.

Or at least vary between UBs, like UBs 1-4 are weaker than 5-8 or something.

I don't think that the UB will be obtainable at all. It's just a hunch, could be wrong.

legendaries and mythicals are two seperate things. as long as it can be used in battle facilities, it's fair game and non-mythical.
