See, this is why I don't do digital downloads. I guarantee they're gonna pull the same shit when the game officially releases. I'm just going to go to a 24 hours wal-mart and pick up the game there. By the time I get to the store, and get my physical copy and get home Most of you looking for the digital download will still be waiting for it to even appear on the eShop let alone wait for it to download at a snails pace due to nintendo's shitty servers.
