As for the psuedo legendaries we have Salamence, Metagross, Dragonite, Garchomp and Goodra.
Smeargle is legal which is going to be a pain.
Only Fake Out users in this entire meta are Raichu, Hariyama, Persian, Sableye, Meowstic and Weaville.
Wide Guard users available are Hariyama, Aerodactyl, Probopass, Golem.
Other legal stuff of note which are legal are Gyarados, Lucario, Scizor, Klefki, Milotic, Blissey, Gengar, Cloyster, Snorlax, Eveelutions, Machamp, Clefable, Skarmory, Pory's, Whimsicott.
Most of the other stuff available is shitmons.
